Nike Air Max 270 Finally Gets “OG” Colourways ‘Ultramarine’ and ‘Dusty Cactus’
The Nike Air Max 270 has had a bunch of colourways since its debut, but now the sneakers are finally getting ‘OG’.
Since its original debut in late 2017, the Nike’s Air Max 270s have come out in a myriad of colours, but now the hybrid silhouette is getting an upgrade, in two new colourways which make up the “OG” pack.
The new pack will include an ‘Ultramarine’ in women’s sizing and ‘Dusty Cactus’ in men’s. The two new colourways are inspired by the original Air 180 and Air Max 93 colour schemes.
‘Dusty Cactus’ is a predominantly black and white upper, with teal accents on the Nike swooshes, heel and heel tabs with a white lower and black sole. ‘Ultramarine’ sports a mostly off-white build with neon orange/red rear, heel bag and accents, with a lower white, and black sole.
The “OG” pack borrows design cues from both the Air 180 and Air Max 93, combining them to create a hybrid sneaker that could be seen both on the track or on the street. The shoes have Nike’s tallest heel bag yet, making you feel like you are walking on air.
The Air Max 270s have been released in a bunch of colourways and all have been popular across the board, including the new black and white version Nike just announced, which have a full black upper, white sole and red highlights under the heel bag. And the three new colourways which include Medium Olive, Light Bone and Black Magenta.
All colourways consist of host slip-on construction, mesh, foam and modernised air uni cushioning that we’ve come to love.
You can catch the release of the Nike Air Max 270 “OG” pack on March 22.
